This was quick and at the stumps, pitching fairly full. Chandi tries to get under it, but doesn't quite manage the power or the elevation. The fielder runs in and takes it at least 15 m in from the boundary. 31/2

9.3 tossed up and that's foxed Dickwella completely. This one looped through the air, pitched on middle stump. Dickwella went for a big sweep, but the ball dipped under his bat, spun, and hit leg stump. 67/3

11.1 strikes first ball. Hendrix has whacked that straight into the hands of deep mid-wicket, who takes it well inside the boundary but just does a little juggle just for the sake of it. This wasn't as short as Hendrix needed it to be. He gets deep in his crease to try and create a shorter length, but it's still not quite there. He doesn't get under it as much as he wants to with the pull shout, and although he gets a decent amount of power in the stroke, he's picked out the fielder. More trouble for Sixers. 74/5

17.4 Yorker angled across the batter, pitching tight on off stump. Williams thinks there was a nick on that as Ratnayake tried to push it down the ground but could not connect. Appeal is turned down initially by the on-field umpire. Williams is so convinced he's managed to get Rajapaksa to review that. This is a tough one for the third ump. The bat hits the ground at the same time as the ball also seems to kiss it. He's decided there's enough evidence there is an edge there and another one goes down for Sixers. 111/9

Gulbadin comes forward to push on the front foot, but it's hit him in the front pad in front of middle stump. Has he got some inside edge on that? It might be the only thing that could save him. It looks like it would have hit the stumps. Ball Tracker confirms it would have struck middle and leg. Sixers in serious trouble now. 75/6

15.1 Flat, fast and clatters into the stumps. Ramesh has to go. This pitched on a length, and Mendis tried to go back to it, which was his big mistake. It pitches on off, carries on with the arm, and hits middle and leg, as the batter gets into a tangle trying punch it through tthe offside 102/7

16.5 Tries it again, but Dilshan Madushanka has outsmarted the batter. He bowls it slower and wider of off stump. Theekshana tries to hit it over his left shoulder again, but the ball is too far outside off, and Theekshana ends up twisting the bat in his hands and sends it aerially to short third instead, who takes a good catch over his head, backpedaling a little. 109/8

19.3 Kings finally get rid of this thorn in their side. This was a slower ball dug into the pitch. It gets up to about chest height for Chameera, who tries to slap it over the long on boundary, but there's just not enough pace on that ball and not enough pace on that shot. The ball ends up in the hands of Long On, who takes it comfortably. 130/10

3.3 Edged and gone. Nice take from Dickwella moving down leg. This was another flat one pulled quickly through the air. Mishara makes a lot of room to try and hit this through the offside, but Theekshana follows him. In the end, he ends up playing a gentle poke, and the ball collects his outside edge on the way to Dickwella, who is standing well down the leg stump, though the ball still goes offside of the batter. That's how much room Mishara had made 23/1

4.3 Tempts him into a big shot and then beats him in the air. That's a lovely bit of bowling by Viswha Lahiru. This was tossed up outside off stump. Avishka Fernando's eyes lit up, and he takes a step out and tries to slam that over long off. Doesn't get nearly enough power into it, though, and Marques Ackerman running in takes a good low catch, holding on with just his fingertips. The third umpire checks again to see if that was a fair catch, but the fielder has done brilliantly. 25/2

12.2 Punches it straight to short cover on the full! This is a back-of-a-length ball outside off stump. Zadran tries to flay that away through the offside but toe-ends it to Chandimal, who takes a nice tumbling catch close in. That might dent the Jaffna Kings' advance a little. 82/4

6.3 Gets Chamindu's edge with a short of a length ball outside off stump, which seems to take off off the surface. He went wide of the crease and angled it towards the stumps. The batter sat back and tried to carve it behind square on the offside. Ends up giving a top edge that Dickwella behind the stumps gleefully accepts. 35/3

14.4 Big LBW shout as Wiese gets low to paddle this around the corner. He's hit on thigh pad but is there bat there as well? They run two as the ball skips away fine. Sixers review the not out decision. Maybe bit of a throw of the dice from them, as that seemed to hit the batter outside the line. But wait. There's more! Sixers have stayed in the game and pulled off a run out, catching Wiese short as he attempted to complete the second. They had reviewed the LBW anyway, but needn't have. They got the run out instead. Wiese is about 10 cm short when Dickwella whips the bails off. The lbw review was very hopeful and he was struck way outside the line. So we have a situation where a team has burned a review on a ball where they end up with the wicket anyway! 93/5
