72.6 Watson goes between 50 and 100 again. Sharp catch for Barath at short leg. Watson leaves the crease again, Shillingford pushes this in flatter and shorter of what Watto expects it to be. He ends up pushing bat and pad at it, and gets an inside edge edge onto the pad. The ball flies off the pad, and Barath finishes a good reflex catch over the height of his shoulder 178/5

32.3 dropped by Baugh, taken by Sammy. This one is either a brute or Ponting has made it look so. A bit of both. Wide of the crease, in-between length, around off, doesn't go in as much as the angle would suggest. Ponting is stuck on the crease, and is squared up, and plays a nothing push. The edge goes high to Baugh, who spills it, but Sammy is alert at first slip, and completes the rebound. Ponting stands his ground, questioning the catch, or possibly hoping something will save him, but he has to eventually go 83/3

Erasmus gives him out immediately, Beer reviews immediately. The replays show it to be hitting the top of leg, which means he is gone, and Roach gets five 311/10

12.4 lovely spin bowling. Barath is dead plumb. He has followed that slow teasing spinning delivery up with an arm ball. Barath is caught back. The ball pitches on a length, just outside off, turns in with the arm, and hits him deep inside the crease, in front of off. What was that line? He has been beating the outside edge so often that KB is moving far too across to cover that away movement. Powell doesn't review it, though. Slightly short of a length, straightens just a little, and hits him in front of leg. There is every chance this has pitched outside leg, because it hasn't really swung. Powell thinks otherwise. The replays show it to be pitching just outside. Had he reviewed, Powell would have been saved 38/3

42.5 Don't shake Clarke's hand, whatever you do, you might turn to gold. He has introduced Hussey before Watson, and lo he has produced the wicket. Lovely delivery. Not sure if it is planned thus, but the end product is a gem. This is shaping up to be an outswinger, pitches short of a length, in front of leg, and then instead of going with the swing, it seams away a little. Bravo is squared up, and is hit on the back leg, in front of middle and off. Bravo reviews it, more in hope than anything, but gets the dreaded marching orders for the second time 100/4

89.6 Lyon has two in two overs. And there are no reviews left. Not that it would have made a major difference. Shiv has missed out on a century here. Natural variation for Lyon as this one doesn't turn as much as it has been. Shiv presses forward to a length ball on off, plays for the turn, and it turns ever so slightly and hits him plumb in front, beating the inside edge 231/6

87.1 Lyon has struck first ball. Another bowling change works for Clarke. This is against the run of play, but also perhaps Deonarine got a bit too confident. This is slightly adventurous. He sees a length ball around off, and drives at it. Only to realise the ball is shorter than that, and he can't reach it, thus dragging the back foot out. The ball turns appreciably, and past the bat. Wade is sharp with the stumping despite the extra bounce. A valuable hand from ND, a deserved wicket for Lyon, and a deserved stumping for Wade too, who has dived all over the place yesterday and today 230/5

104.4 Review already. Baugh is sweeping, which has often led to his demise. This is on a length, pitched in front of leg, straightens, beats the shot, and hits him in front of leg. The projection shows this would have hit the leg stump, and Baugh has to go after having been given not-out originally 257/10

Shimmies down the track, not quite to the pitch of it, and ends up lofting it straight down Hussey's throat at long-on. 93.3 Four in four overs for Lyon. Flatter, quicker, turning in, Shilly is groping forward, gets an inside edge onto the pad, Cowan is full-stretch at short leg to take the catch 241/8

99.1 Caught down the leg side. Second Michelle for Lyon in Tests, and what a turnaround. This one is short of a length, and turns sharply across him. Wade doesn't even know he has edged it, but he seems to have done so faintly. Lyon appeals, Ian Gould raises the finger. Roach doesn't look happy, but he has no reviews left. Not excessively short, this rises up between shoulder high, just outside off, Ponting hooks, gets the top half of the bat, and Powell doesn't have to move an inch. Edwards finally gets a wicket. Everybody knows he has deserved and earned this 93/4
