Of all the strong uniform weeks in college football this fall, you'll likely be hard-pressed to find another that stacks up to Week 6.
Debut threads. Alternate jerseys and helmets. Throwback looks. This weekend will have it all when it comes to uniform style.
Unsurprisingly, though, even in a week of college football where fashion is at a max, it's Oregon who leads the way. The Ducks' uniforms for their West Coast clash against UCLA were two years in the making -- with the details and flair to match.
Given the name "Origin of Speed," the threads pay homage to the school's Hayward Field -- a one-time home of the football team, but more notably the home of Oregon's renowned track and field program.
Featuring a deep green base that's contrasted with neon accents and numbers, the uniform's most notable of its numerous elements is a kinetic wing that runs on the side panel of the uniform's pants plus the helmet and shoulders, which sits at precisely 26.2 degrees, referencing the number of miles in a marathon.

Here's all the other top uniforms from a loaded week in the college football fashion game.

Florida
It's a throwback week for Florida, with the Gators honoring the era of former coach Steve Spurrier's Heisman Trophy-winning campaign in 1966.
The uniform adopts a fittingly retro style -- blue and orange sleeves popping against a white jersey base, while the helmet logo features a simple orange F in a white circle on a blue base. A white and orange center stripe splits the helmet, creating an overall clean look.

Notre Dame
Notre Dame is going green this week, donning its once-a-year all-green uniform for a home clash against Stanford.
The look is set to be a familiar one to Irish fans -- a kelly-green base accented by white numbers and the school's classic gold helmets -- but there is one key detail that will set apart this year's jersey. Notre Dame's alternate logo featuring a leprechaun running with a football has been added to the sleeves.

Utah
One of a number of teams bringing out alternate helmet logos this week, Utah's distinctive lid leans into an "icy white" theme -- literally.
The Utes uniforms are all-white, but what catches the eye are the helmets -- instead of a traditional logo, the "Utah" wordmark emblazoned on each lid is shown to be frozen, with snow on top and icicles hanging off the bottom. Mountain imagery underneath completes the look.

Western Kentucky
Western Kentucky has one of the most unique -- and distinctive -- alternate helmets in the business, a line of black lids that feature the school's iconic Big Red mascot.
Those helmets, which feature multiple designs with Big Red performing a number of football moves, are back this week, by, as the Hilltoppers put it, "BIG demand."

Georgia Tech
Also going the "alternate helmet decal" route is Georgia Tech, who will sport new lids for its Saturday showdown with Duke.
What will feature on the Yellow Jackets' white lids isn't the schools' traditional interlocking "GT" wordmark, or even any form of yellowjacket imagery at all. Instead, it will be the school's mechanical mascot on display -- "Ramblin' Reck," a 1930 Ford Model A Sport Coupe that leads the team onto the field before games.

Kentucky
Florida isn't the only team going with throwback threads for this weekend -- Kentucky is doing the same.
The Wildcats' throwback look leans into a simple model. A classic white and blue color scheme sets the tone, while a minimalistic helmet design sees the uniform's lids rock a plain block-letter K.

FIU
One of the best annual alternate uniform offerings in the game is FIU's "Vice U" threads, and the 2026 edition, worn Wednesday night by the South Florida-based school, was no different.
A two-tone gradient jersey is the highlight of the Panthers' newest look, with a white top of the jersey fading into a pink bottom half. That bottom half then fades seamlessly into matching neon pink pants. The uniform comes with a white helmet, featuring two stripes -- one pink/black and one light blue/black -- and a light blue panther emblem.

Arkansas State
One final entrant in the unofficial week of alternate helmet decals comes from Arkansas State, which is switching things up as part of an all-black theme for its midweek matchup with South Alabama. The Red Wolves' lids feature the school's mascot, Howl, on the run with one hand raised making a wolf signal.
