PUERTO VALLARTA, Mexico -- Leroy Isler and Will Neighbour scored 15 points each to lead Arkansas-Little Rock to a 69-56 win over SMU on Saturday night in a semifinal game at the Hoops for Hope Classic.
Isler was 4 of 8 from the field and had seven rebounds. Neighbour was 6 of 9 from the field and had seven rebounds.
James White added 12 points.
SMU had a 33-32 lead at halftime, but Arkansas-Little Rock shot 50 percent from the field for the game. SMU shot 36.7 percent.
Shawn Williams scored 15 and had 10 rebounds for the Mustangs (5-1). London Giles scored 12 points from 3-point range. Cannen Cunningham scored 11, and Nick Russell added 10.
The game was the third of the four-game event. Arkansas-Little Rock (4-2) will play South Carolina on Sunday. SMU will play Missouri State.
SMU entered the game with their best start since beginning 10-0 in the 1997-98.
