Nov. 17, 2007: All Aaron Kelly had to do was gather the ball in, and Clemson would win the ACC Atlantic Division, the Tigers' first title since 1991. Clemson trailed Boston College 20-17 in Death Valley with about a minute to play. On first-and-10 on the Eagles' 45, Kelly had three steps on freshman cornerback DeLeon Gause. Quarterback Cullen Harper threw a beautiful pass. Near the goal line, Kelly began to slip. The ball hit his hands and fell to the ground. The Tigers' title drought extended for two more years.
