b'WISH GRANTING ESPNs My Wish SeriesThe My Wish series returned for its 16th season on SportsCenter, chronicling sports-themed wishes granted by athletes and teams. Since its beginning in 2006, the serieshas worked with Make-A-Wish to fulfill 79 wishes for children with critical illnesses.This years series of wishes featured Mike Trout of the Los Angeles Angels, JaMarr Chase of the Cincinnati Bengals, UFC fighter Dustin Poirier and Josh Allen of the Buffalo Bills.Additionally, new landing pages on ESPN.com and YouTube debuted this year, housing past My Wish stories. ESPN Deportes also translated several wish stories for distribution on its platforms.A Night at the ESPYSESPN welcomed more than 600 kids, family members and volunteers from CoachArtand Make-A-Wish to watch the ESPYS live and celebrate their favorite athletes at the Dolby Theatre this summer.
