DUBLIN -- Katie Taylor has said walking out at Croke Park for her final fight was the highlight of her entire career.
Taylor (26-1, 6 KOs) became undisputed junior welterweight champion, beating Flora Pili with a commanding unanimous decision on Saturday, making one final ring-walk in front of 83,000 people at Croke Park in Dublin.

Along with promoter Eddie Hearn, Taylor had pushed for a fight at Ireland's national stadium for years and they finally got their wish in her final fight to cap off her iconic career.
After 30 years in boxing where she won Olympic gold, multiple world titles -- including being undisputed champion three times across two weight classes -- and twice headlining Madison Square Garden, Taylor said the Croke Park fight will be top of the list of her achievements.
"This was definitely the highlight of my whole career," Taylor told her post-fight news conference.
"That's saying something. I didn't think anything could get bigger than London 2012, then MSG came along. I didn't think anything could get bigger than that first fight with [Amanda] Serrano. Then here we are at Croke Park.
"I'm ending my career on top which is what every athlete wants to do and end on my terms as the undisputed champion. It was so important to me to end my career well. Here we are."
Taylor said she was looking forward to being more "spontaneous" and travelling as well as spending time with her family.
Hearn, who teared up as Taylor made her way to the ring, said it was the biggest event he has been involved with.
"I was looking around thinking we've done so many stadium shows. The feeling tonight was just a feeling of a nation united across so many different generations," Hearn said.
"Best night I've been involved with."
