Region: The upper Midwest to Ohio.

Tenure: Ninth season with the Tennessee Titans in 2014; fifth as a college or combine scout; second with a region.

Previous work: Spent 2004-06 with the Carolina Panthers as a pro scouting assistant. Before that, he spent two seasons working for the AFL’s Columbus Destroyers as the team’s football operations assistant.

College: Graduated from North Carolina A&T State University. Earned a master’s degree in sports administration from Ohio State.

Personal background: Married with two sons. Lives in Bellevue.

The notable Titan from his territory: Left tackle Taylor Lewan (first round out of Michigan in 2014).

GM Ruston Webster says: "He’s a guy we had in our pro department. The move to college for most guys is an important one and is needed because as a college scout you’re on your own, there is even more of a chance to stand on your own two feet and grow. I think he has a lot of ability. He’s very detailed.”
