It's time to break into the single digits as we count down the top 25 players in the SEC from the 2015 season.

6. DL A'Shawn Robinson, Alabama: Robinson has looked like he’s 30 years old since he was a teenager. At his size (6-foot-4, 312 pounds) and with his menacing scowl and full beard, Robinson was the most intimidating player in the SEC in 2015. He played like it, too, racking up 7.5 tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks and 10 quarterback hurries. He even leaped over the LSU offensive line to block an extra point.

7. QB Dak Prescott, Mississippi State: There’s no doubt now that Prescott is the best player to ever come through Mississippi State. The senior QB somehow managed to have a better season statistically in 2015 than he had in 2014, when he finished eighth in the Heisman Trophy balloting. Despite playing with a mediocre offensive line, Prescott accounted for 4,381 total yards and 39 touchdowns this season.

8. QB Chad Kelly, Ole Miss: We’ll get into the battle of Kelly vs. Prescott a little later on the blog, but for now just appreciate what Kelly was able to do as a first-time starter in the conference. The former Clemson QB proved to be the perfect gunslinger for Hugh Freeze’s offense, throwing for more than 4,000 yards while also rushing for 500 yards. His 41 total touchdowns were nearly as many as Bo Wallace had in his last two seasons as a starter combined.

9. DL Jarran Reed, Alabama: He wasn’t the most talked-about defensive lineman on Alabama’s roster -- that honor belonged to No. 6 on our list -- but Reed has been the most consistent D-lineman at Alabama over the last two years. He had more tackles than any lineman on the team this past season and finished third in quarterback hurries with eight.

10. DB Jalen Tabor, Florida: Not to make light of Vernon Hargreaves III being an All-American, but Hargreaves wasn’t even the best corner on his own team this season. That honor belonged to Tabor. The sophomore had more tackles and tackles for loss and also had 14 pass breakups to Hargreaves’ four.
