          NEW YORK -- Jordany Valdespin's 50-game Biogenesis suspension has been served. So the Mets removed Valdespin from the restricted list and officially returned him to Triple-A Las Vegas' roster.

          In order to free the 40-man roster spot, Josh Edgin (rib fracture) was transferred to the 60-day disabled list.

          The Mets will need to make a similar move in two days when Cesar Puello's suspension ends. Ruben Tejada can be transferred to the 60-day DL at that point.
