It is a bit too early to tell or give specifics on who will drop or rise in their star status. This is still being calculated but here are some names that we feel will climb. As always, when some guys rise, others may drop due to no fault of their own.
It’s just the nature of rankings. As you know we are very cautious about assigning five stars as there aren’t as many out there as some services would lead you to believe. If there were there would be 30-40 true freshman making an impact every year and there aren't.
CB Tony Brown (Beaumont, Texas/Ozen)- Possible top 10 and 5th star
ATH Bo Scarborough (Bradenton, Fla./IMG)- Possible top 10 and 5th star
TE Bryce Dixon (Ventura, Calif./St. Bonaventure)
