Report: Inglis aims to make an impact this season

Forward Damien Inglis missed all of the 2014-15 season as he recovered from an ankle injury. Inglis is starting his second season with the Milwaukee Bucks and hoping to make an impact on the up-and-coming team. From Charles F. Gardner of the Journal Sentinel:

"The 20-year-old from French Guiana admits he had to fight off doubts after he underwent a second surgery on his broken right ankle in January. He still was not fully recovered during the Bucks' summer league games in Las Vegas in July. But Inglis continued to improve his fitness and his game in August and September. In Tuesday's preseason opener in Chicago he was able to play 28 minutes and contributed 11 points and nine rebounds in the Bucks' 105-95 loss to the Bulls at the United Center.'It was a long year but I try to forget it,' Inglis said. 'Right now it's a new year. I'm never satisfied. Even last night I watched tape (of the game), and I was terrible.' Even Bucks coach Jason Kidd and his assistants were not sure what they had in Inglis, the 31st overall pick in the 2014 NBA draft. But during this training camp they should get a better picture. 'He's learning the game,' Kidd said. 'He's got a skill set. He can play-make; he's a good passer. And you also can see he can get to the basket.'"

Inglis is currently last on the depth chart among the forwards and while he is healthy, the youngster may not play a lot this season.
