Freeman, Jones out, Thornton doubtful against Titans

INDIANAPOLIS – Indianapolis Colts starting linebacker Jerrell Freeman will miss his third straight game with a hamstring injury, coach Chuck Pagano said Friday. Josh McNary will continue to start in Freeman’s place.

Defensive lineman Art Jones (ankle) and linebacker Mario Harvey (hamstring) are also out against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.

Starting guard Hugh Thornton is doubtful with an ankle injury. Pagano didn’t say who would start, but the Colts could go with Joe Reitz, Lance Louis or rookie Jonotthan Harrison at guard if Thornton doesn’t play. Harrison played guard when Thornton left last weekend’s game at Jacksonville for a series.

“That’s the great thing about all our offensive linemen, they’ve played multiple spots,” Pagano said.

Safety Colt Anderson (groin) and linebacker Andy Studebaker (hamstring) are both questionable against the Titans.
