OWINGS MILLS, Md. -- A few of Tray Walker's teammates tweeted out happy birthday to him Friday, when the former Baltimore Ravens cornerback would've turned 24.
Walker, who died in a motorbike accident on March 18, is gone but far from forgotten. That is evident when you go into the meeting rooms or locker room.
Defensive back Anthony Levine keeps a picture of Walker in his locker.
"Every day, before I go out to practice, I see him and think about him," Levine said. "I miss him a lot."
The Ravens will honor Walker this season by placing his name, number and years of birth and death on a wall inside M&T Bank Stadium. It will be on the field level behind the Ravens' bench and beside the stairs where the players go inside to the locker room.
The team has not given out Walker's No. 25 jersey to anyone this season. Walker, a fourth-round pick by Baltimore in 2015, was considered a "little brother" by teammates.
On Friday, wide receiver Breshad Perriman, who was Walker's closest friend on the team, wore a T-shirt that had Walker's picture on it.
Earlier that morning, Perriman tweeted this out:
Happy birthday main man! I know you're ballin in heaven and watching over us! πππΎπΌπΏ LLTW25 pic.twitter.com/AKSCgcddDG

Safety Lardarius Webb said teammates talk about Walker often, especially when they see him while watching film from last season.
"I just can't believe it," Webb said. "He was here one day and gone the next. He was such a good guy."
Safety Terrence Brooks still remembers the times he had Walker over for dinner and spent time with him on road trips. He acknowledges that the loss of Walker is something that he continues to cope with on a daily basis.
"I know he's looking over me," Brooks said. "I pray all the time to him and pray to God. It's always a tough thing realizing that he's not here and not seeing him on the locker room. When times get hard, I always think back and think, 'If Tray was here, how would he do it? What would he want me to do?' That's really what been keeping me pushing, even when these days are hard. I come out here and think about Tray. I'm doing it for Tray, too."
