It's a bad time for the Ravens not to have Jimmy Smith practicing

OWINGS MILLS, Md. -- The Baltimore Ravens didn't have their top cornerback in practice Wednesday, just four days away from playing one of the most dangerous passing attacks in the NFL.

Smith was sidelined after injuring his thigh on the opening drive Sunday. If Smith can't play against Pittsburgh, Baltimore will have to match up cornerbacks Lardarius Webb, Shareece Wright and Jumal Rolle against the Steelers' Antonio Brown, Markus Wheaton and Martavis Bryant.

Ravens coach John Harbaugh was optimistic about Smith's availability this week.

"Jimmy has a good chance," Harbaugh said Monday. "I just talked to him, and I think he has a good chance to play. We’ll see how we go this week."

The only three players listed on the injury report didn't practice: right tackle Rick Wagner (knee), linebacker Albert McClellan (ankle) and wide receiver Marlon Brown (back).
