Emilee Daley-led Boston College upends No. 15 Duke
BOSTON -- Emilee Daley scored 12 of her 17 points in the second half and Nicole Boudreau added 18 points, all in the first half, to help Boston College upset No. 15 Duke 60-56 on Thursday night.
Daley and Boudreau were both 5 of 11 from 3-point range as the Eagles made 13 of 35 attempts (37.1 percent).
Kelly Hughes had 11 points, nine rebounds and eight assists for Boston College (9-10, 1-5 ACC).
Azura Stevens led Duke (13-6, 4-2) with 24 points and nine rebounds. Elizabeth Williams had 19 points and nine boards, and Rebecca Greenwell added 11 points.
Stevens cut Duke's deficit to two points with four seconds left, but Hughes sealed the win with two free throws.
Duke entered the game averaging 75 points per game, but was held to 18-of-55 shooting (32.7 percent).
