LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Freshman Mariya Moore scored 17 points, her average through her first three college games, and led five players in double figure scoring as No. 12 Louisville routed Belmont, 95-35 on Thursday night.
Belmont led for the first six minutes of the game thanks to a pair of 3-pointers by Taylor Mills and two field goals by Jordyn Luffman-Hartsfield.
Shawnta' Dyer gave Louisville (3-0) the lead on the first of her two back-back baskets, sparking a 22-0 run that put the game away. The Cardinals led 48-17 at the half and outscored the Bruins 47-18 the rest of the way.
Sara Hammond had 13 points for Louisville and Myisha Hines-Allen, Dyer and Emmonnie Henderson each added 12 points. The Cardinals were 58.7 from the field (37 of 62).
Belmont (0-3) did not have a scorer reach double digits and shot just 26.9 percent from the field (14 of 52).
