A sellout crowd of 19,596 packed Oracle Arena to watch the Warriors make their first NBA Finals appearance in 40 years. It is the longest span between Finals appearances in NBA history, topping the previous drought of 32 years set by the Detroit Pistons (1956 to 1988).
