Quillan Salkilld established himself as a legitimate rising contender in the UFC's stacked lightweight division on Saturday, disposing of veteran Mateusz Gamrot by first-round submission in the main event of UFC Fight Night in Las Vegas.

The impressive victory jumps Salkilld into the division's top 10, taking Gamrot's place at No. 10.

Strawweight contender Alexia Thainara also continued her ascension with a unanimous decision win over former title challenger Amanda Lemos. With the win, Thainara extends her unbeaten streak inside the Octagon to four.

Thainara enters the strawweight rankings at No. 8, leapfrogging Lemos, who falls three spots to No. 9. Previous No. 8, Iasmin Lucindo, falls out of the rankings due to inactivity.

Here are the ESPN pound-for-pound MMA rankings and a list of current UFC champions in all weight classes.
