Alexander Gustafsson, Antonio Rogerio Nogueira to meet Nov. 19

A light heavyweight matchup between Alexander Gustafsson and Antonio Rogerio Nogueira will headline UFC Fight Night on Nov. 19 in Brazil.

UFC officials announced the bout on Saturday. Brazilian outlet Globo first reported the 205-pound fight.

Gustafsson (17-4) will look to build off a decision win against Jan Blachowicz on Sept. 3. It was the Swedish fighter's first appearance of 2016, and he'll get right back to action in this quick turnaround.

Gustafsson, 29, is 2-3 in his past five fights, but the losses have come to elite competition in Jon Jones, Anthony Johnson and Daniel Cormier.

Nogueira (22-7) is coming off a first-round TKO against Patrick Cummins at UFC 198 in May. He is 3-2 in his past five fights.

This matchup was originally supposed to happen in 2012, but Nogueira withdrew due to injury.
