Brown-Jones' 39 lead UNC Greensboro past Citadel 73-67

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- — Mikeal Brown-Jones put up 39 points as UNC Greensboro beat Citadel 73-67 on Wednesday night.

Brown-Jones was 14 of 21 shooting, including 3 for 4 from 3-point range, and went 8 for 8 from the line for the Spartans (13-5, 4-1 Southern Conference). Donovan Atwell was 3 of 10 shooting (3 for 9 from 3-point range) to add nine points. Keyshaun Langley shot 3 for 8, including 1 for 3 from beyond the arc to finish with seven points.

The Bulldogs (8-10, 0-5) were led by Elijah Morgan, who posted 20 points. Madison Durr added 18 points and six rebounds for Citadel. AJ Smith also recorded 18 points.
