TOLEDO, Ohio -- Zach Garber, Jonathan Williams and Nate Navigato all scored 15 points apiece and Toledo crushed Miami (Ohio) 93-49 on Saturday.
Toledo led 35-18 at intermission, and it only got worse in the second half as the Rockets (16-9, 7-7 Mid America) put up 58 after the break.
Jaelan Sanford scored 13 points, Nathan Boothe had 12 points with seven rebounds and Stuckey Mosley added 11 points and six assists. Toledo shot over 56 percent from the field, including 11 of 18 (61.2 percent) on 3-point attempts.
Abdoulaye Harouna led Miami (9-16, 3-9) with 11 points. Eric Washington -- who averages 14.5 points -- didn't score, missing all six of his shots. Geonovie McKnight, the team's second leading scorer at 12.7 points, finished with six on 2-of-7 shooting. Miami made just 7 of 27 beyond the arc.
Miami had won three of its last four prior to Saturday.
