KENT, Wash. -- Jack Crook scored 16 points and grabbed six rebounds as Seattle beat NAIA University of Great Falls 58-48 on Wednesday night.
Crook was 8 of 11 from the field for the Redhawks (2-3). William Powell had 13 points, six rebounds and four assists. Jadon Cohee and Aaron Menzies added nine points apiece. The team averaged 44.9 percent shooting from the field and 61.1 percent from the line.
Seattle took a 19-9 lead early but fell behind 29-27 with 1:17 left in the first half.
Crook and Powell erased the Redhawks' deficit, leading a 10-4 run to open the second period. Brendan Westendorf took it to 45-36 on a 3-pointer with 11:57 to play and Seattle rolled to the win after that.
Issac Howard scored nine points for the Argonauts. Darren Lockett added eight points and four rebounds.
