TULSA, Okla. -- Jacob Parker scored 19 points and Stephen F. Austin remained unbeaten in Southland Conference play with a 72-69 win over Oral Roberts on Thursday night.
Nikola Gajic's putback with 33 seconds remaining gave the Lumberjacks (17-2, 6-0) a 68-67 lead and Stephen F. Austin hit 4 of 6 free throws in the final 10 seconds to edge Oral Roberts (10-9, 4-2).
Trey Pinkney hit two free throws to extend the lead to 70-67 with 8 seconds left. Four players, two from each team, had free throw attempts following Pinkney's trip to the line and each hit 1 of 2 shots as Stephen F. Austin held on.
Desmond Haymon added 15 points for the Lumberjacks, winners of 14 in a row. Deshaunt Walker had 14 and Gajic added 12.
Shawn Glover scored 27 points to go along with 10 rebounds for the Golden Eagles. Korey Billbury added 17 points.
