Wallace leads Pacific over Bradley 71-55
LAS VEGAS -- T.J. Wallace scored 14 points to lead three in double figures as Pacific defeated Bradley 71-55 Saturday night at the Holiday Hoops Classic.
Pacific (9-2) rebounded from a loss to Princeton 83-58 Friday night in the tournament. Bradley (5-7) lost to Portland 74-53 Friday and has a five-game losing streak.
Wallace was 4 of 7 from 3-point range. His 3-pointer capped a 16-2 run to give the Tigers a 46-32 lead with 11:30 to play. Tony Gill scored 11 points and Aaron Short added 10 for the Tigers. Andrew Bock scored seven points and had seven assists.
Tyshon Pickett's layup gave Bradley its last lead, 19-18 with 7:50 to play in the first half. Omari Grier scored 15 points and had three steals. Jordan Swopshire added four 3-pointers for 12 points for the Braves.
