Stony Brook (17-6, 8-2) led once more, 45-44 with 8:49 left, but two layups and a 3-pointer by Nwakamma and a jumper by Yolonzo Moore II put Hartford in front to stay in a game postponed from Saturday because of the winter storm in the Northeast.
