BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Isaac Sosa scored 22 points to lead Canisius to a 73-64 victory over Marist in a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference game on Saturday night.
It was the Golden Griffins' second win over the Red Foxes this season.
Billy Baron scored 17 points, Jordan Heath 11 and Chris Manhertz grabbed 14 rebounds to go with nine points for Canisius (10-5, 3-1), which had lost two in a row.
Chavaughn Lewis had 24 points and eight rebounds for Marist (4-11, 1-3), and Devin Price scored 16 points. The Red Foxes have lost five straight games.
Canisius shot 56 percent from the field (14 of 25), including 4 of 9 from 3-point distance to lead 36-24 at halftime.
The Golden Griffins made 10 of 23 from the 3-point line for the game to the Red Foxes' 5 of 19 and won the rebound battle 38-32.
