DETROIT -- Chase Simon scored 24 points and Ray McCallum Jr. 15 to lead Detroit to a 77-74 victory against Green Bay on Sunday.
LaMarcus Lowe added 15 points and Jason Calliste 11 for the Titans (15-12, 9-6 Horizon League), who held on as Green Bay missed three 3-point attempts in the final nine seconds.
Keifer Sykes had 14 points to lead five players scoring in double figures for the Phoenix (10-14, 6-8). Alec Brown added 13 points, Kam Cerroni 12 and Brennan Cougill and Steve Baker 11 each.
Cerroni made four 3-pointers. But in the frantic finish, Cerroni, Cougill, then Cerroni again failed to connect from behind the arc before the buzzer.
Detroit won for the eighth time in 10 games.
