ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) -- Will Whittington scored 30 points, including

eight 3-pointers, to lead Marist to an 85-77 victory over Siena on

Friday night.

Ryan Stilphen scored eight of Marist's final 10 points,

finishing with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Jared Jordan had 10

points and 12 assists, while Ben Farmer contributed 13 points for

the Red Foxes (7-6, 1-4 Metro Atlantic Athletic).

Marist shot 60 percent from the field and 58 percent from

3-point range. In the first half, the Red Foxes broke a 16-16 tie

with a 16-3 run to take control. Siena cut the deficit to four

points twice in the second half but could get no closer.

Kojo Mensah led the Saints (7-6, 2-3) with 20 points, while

Antoine Jordan and David Ryan had 17 points apiece.
