Want a little star power in L.A.? Look no further than Michaela Onyenwere, the gem of Cori Close's class.

Onyenwere was a McDonald's All American as a senior and a three-time Gatorade player of the year in Colorado. She also led Grandview to its first state title and a 27-1 season as a senior.

UCLA also is welcoming No. 15 Chantel Horvat, a 6-1 guard from Australia with athleticism as well as strong fundamentals; No. 37 Kayla Owens, a 6-1 wing from Houston; and Lauryn Miller, the Gatorade player of the year in Missouri.
