The Tar Heels, who lost all four members of their highly touted 2013 class to transfer, need some help, and help is on the way in the form of a seven-player class with two exciting guards who are ranked among the Top 100 prospects in the country.

The headliner is Taylor Koenen, a 6-foot-1 guard and the No. 44 prospect in the country. Koenen, the Minnesota Gatorade player of the year, brings size and scoring ability to the backcourt.

Shayla Bennett, a 5-9 guard and the No. 65 prospect in the class, brings a confident scorer's mentality.

The Tar Heels also add size in Naomi Van Nes, a three-star 6-6 center out of Connecticut. Also in Sylvia Hatchell's pivotal class are Jhileya Dunlap, Jocelyn Jones, Emily Sullivan and Alyssa Okoene.
