The Premier League returns this weekend after an extra-long international break.
Big-names players including Erling Haaland, Cody Gakpo, Alexander Isak and Kai Havertz were among the many players to experience fitness issues while representing their countries.
Now with their Premier League sides counting on them, are they fit to play this weekend? Here, ESPN have rounded up the injury news at every Premier League club from their managers' pre-match news conferences...

Arsenal
Mikel Arteta is due to take questions in a news conference on Friday.
Arsenal's injury worries are Kai Havertz, Ezri Konsa and Christos Tzolis.

Aston Villa
Unai Emery is due to take questions in a news conference on Friday.
Zion Suzuki missed a Japan game so is a concern for Aston Villa.

AFC Bournemouth
David Brooks is back, but Alex Scott is out for several weeks with an injury sustained on international duty. Scott made his full England debut in the 7-0 win over Croatia.
"It's an injury from a muscle, and we'll do pictures [scans] in some days again," Marco Rose said.
"But we're going to miss him, for sure, for four or five weeks. I'm very disappointed and it's a big loss.
"Did he have an injury before? No, I think not. I think the club already said everything about it.
"For me, it's disappointing. We miss a very important player, but I don't want to blame anyone. We are very happy that he made his debut for the English national team.
"He did well and we just hope that he is getting fit again quite soon."

Brentford
Keith Andrews is due to take questions in a news conference on Friday.

Brighton & Hove Albion
Stefanos Tzimas and Evan Ferguson are out. Kaoru Mitoma, Yankuba Minteh and Mats Wieffer are edging closer to comebacks. Jack Hinshelwood will be a late decision. But there's good news about Yasin Ayari, who is available for Brighton to face Sunderland.

Chelsea
Xabi Alonso is due to take questions in a news conference on Friday.

Coventry City
Josh Eccles, Haji Wright and Luke Woolfende are out. But Milan van Ewijk and Kaine Kesler-Hayden are back in training so could feature against Newcastle.

Crystal Palace
Dean Henderson and Takehiro Tomiyasu have been ruled out of the match against Nottingham Forest, Pierre Sage said.
Ismaïla Sarr is ready to start, though.

Everton

Fulham

Tom Cairney remains sidelined. Kenny Tete is available after a concussion.

Hull City
Sergej Jakirović is due to take questions in a news conference on Friday.

Ipswich Town

Jérémy Jacquet injured a hamstring on France duty.

Manchester City
Erling Haaland is "good," Enzo Maresca said, despite coming off early for Norway. Haaland enjoyed two days off in Marbella to recover, Maresca said.
Nico O'Reilly dropped out of the England squad so is an injury headache. Maresca wasn't asked about O'Reilly on Friday.

Manchester United
Michael Carrick is due to take questions in a news conference on Friday.
Bruno Fernandes missed a Portugal game but then played their next one. Noussair Mazraoui and Patrick Dorgu were injured for Morocco and Denmark respectively.

Newcastle United
Newcastle boss Matthias Jaissle is relishing the return of Brazilian "warrior" Joelinton for Monday night's Premier League clash with Coventry at St James' Park.
The 30-year-old recently resumed full training after battling a muscle injury which has ruled him out of the whole of the Magpies' campaign so far.
And his expected return -- alongside a number of other names including fellow midfielder Nico González -- will come as welcome news to Jaissle after an injury-hit start to the season.
Jaissle said: "Joey is progressing well, he is doing better. We need to be smart in our load management.
"Joelinton has qualities on the ball and out of possession, he is a leader and his body language shows that. We need warriors in the team. We are really happy to have him back training with us."
The extended international break has helped ease the Magpies' injury issues, with Dan Burn also likely to return, although goalkeeper Ewen Jaouen has been ruled out with a hamstring injury picked up with France Under-21s. Anthony Elanga, William Osula, Jacob Ramsey, Amar Dedic and Tino Livramento are question marks.

Nottingham Forest
Oliver Glasner is due to take questions in a news conference on Friday.

Sunderland
Regis Le Bris revealed that Dan Ballard is set to be sidelined "for a few weeks" while Brian Brobbey has sustained a "short-term" injury.
Ballard picked up a hamstring injury while on international duty with Northern Ireland in their 1-0 Nations League win over Georgia at the end of September and is now facing a spell on the sidelines.
Le Bris said: "It's a shame for Ballard, because he was in a good place. He will be sidelined for a few weeks, a medium-term injury.
"He's in a good place, it's a shame. We spoke this morning. He will be available for the second part of the season, we don't know yet exactly when. It's a shame because he was in a good place. You have to accept the situation and go forward."
Although Sunderland will be without Ballard, Le Bris provided a more positive update on Brobbey, who also sustained a hamstring injury while representing the Netherlands.
"It's going to be short-term. It is really positive. We were a bit worried when we saw the video," Le Bris said.
"But just after the game, Brian wasn't too worried because he has experienced different injuries in the past and this one he was adamant that it wasn't too serious and it's the case. We won't take too many risks, but it won't be too long."

Tottenham Hotspur
Roberto De Zerbi is due to take questions in a news conference on Friday.
Netherlands defenders Micky van de Ven and Jan Paul van Hecke were both injured during the international break.
