Ezri Konsa and Nico O'Reilly sat out England's training session ahead of the Nations League trip to Czechia.
Thomas Tuchel's men travel to Prague looking on Tuesday to secure their first points, having kicked off Group A3 with a 3-2 loss to World Cup winners Spain.
Konsa and O'Reilly played the entirety of Saturday's match but were conspicuous by their absence from training on the eve of the Czechia game.
The Football Association said: "Ezri Konsa and Nico O'Reilly are following their own individual programmes at Tottenham Hotspur's training ground this morning.
"All other 22 players are involved in group training ahead of the squad departing for Prague this afternoon."
It is unclear whether the Arsenal and Manchester City defenders will be on the flight to Czechia.
England travel from Prague to Rijeka to take on Croatia on Saturday, before returning to Wembley to host Czechia next Tuesday.
