The soundtrack that gymnast Morgan Hurd played on repeat at world championships

Following in the footsteps of other American greats like Simone Biles, Morgan Hurd captured the world all-around title in gymnastics on Friday night, edging Canada's Ellie Black by .1 in a down-to-the-wire competition.

"It's crazy that I was even competing here," Hurd said. "To think that I won is just the most surreal feeling in the world."

Hurd also earned the silver medal on beam on Sunday, capping an incredibly successful competition in her world championship debut.

The 16-year-old from Delaware may be still wrapping her brain around her success on the global stage, but when it comes to music, she knows exactly what she likes to listen to: the soundtrack of "Hamilton," Lin-Manuel Miranda's critically acclaimed American history rap musical.

"I honestly only listen to the Hamilton soundtrack," she said. "I just love the entire thing and I pretty much know every single single word."
