espnW 25 Power Rankings: Week 9
| Year: | |
| Week: | |
There are, appropriately, 25 teams in the espnW 25 Power Rankings. This past week, they combined for zero losses. Riverdale, undefeated at No. 9, had the closest call, prevailing in overtime against Kentucky's Murray.
We know for certain the trend won't last. No. 1 Paul VI and No. 6 St. John's College are headed for a Sunday showdown that could shake things up from top to bottom. St. John's upset the No. 1 team in the nation in their first meeting, 68-52 on Jan. 24.
Elsewhere, districts playoffs are in full swing.
No need to get your eyes checked: The Week 9 rankings look eerily similar to Week 8.
