Judge hears arguments over gag order, media ban in Pata retrial
A Florida judge heard arguments Wednesday over whether she should issue a gag order for attorneys -- and even ban media coverage -- during the retrial of former Miami football player Rashaun Jones, who is accused of murdering teammate Bryan Pata in 2006.
