Shayne Whittington and Darius Paul added 13 points each for Western Michigan (3-1).
Maryland-Eastern Shore (0-5) got 12 points from Troy Snyder.
Nate Hutcheson, who had a career-high 30 points in Western Michigan's 81-71 win over Loyola of Chicago on Friday night, scored 10.
Hutcheson had eight points to help the Broncos take a 30-23 halftime advantage.
