Spin: Johnson thus will get a fresh start in Green Bay after the third-round investment made in him last year didn't pan out in Pittsburgh. Working behind Jaylen Warren and Kenny Gainwell in 2025, Johnson turned 28 carries into just 69 yards (2.5 YPC) and no touchdowns while hauling in one of two targets for nine yards in 10 regular-season appearances as a rookie. Johnson will join a Green Bay backfield led by Josh Jacobs (groin) and backed up by MarShawn Lloyd and Chris Brooks.

ESPN Fantasy Projection: Johnson was traded to Green Bay in August after his rookie season in Pittsburgh didn't go as planned. Drafted in the third round as a potential Najee Harris replacement, Johnson quickly found himself buried behind Jaylen Warren and Kenneth Gainwell and never recovered, even losing his kick returner role after a costly Week 2 blunder. He ended his first campaign with 78 yards on 29 touches. The 23-year-old will enter his second season with a fresh start and very well could get some early-season run with Josh Jacobs facing a suspension. Johnson will compete for reps with unproven Marshawn Lloyd and Chris Brooks. Keep him stashed in dynasty.
