Senior prospect Ervin Phillips (West Haven, Conn./West Haven) has committed to play in the ACC for Syracuse, according to multiple reports.
Phillips, who also held a scholarship offer from Temple, announced his decision on Twitter:

The 5-foot-11, 180-pound Phillips rushed for 1,057 yards, posted 336 receiving yards, and accounted for 23 total touchdowns last fall.
Including 2013 re-commit Corey Cooper (Raleigh, N.C./Jireh Prep), Syracuse has 11 players on board for 2014.
